**Store Person / Administrator**

Thomas Connelly Ltd are a family run firm, based in Consett and have been established for 45 years. We specialise in providing Gas Central Heating Service, Maintenance, Repair & Installations. We pride ourselves in delivering excellent levels of service to our customers and our New Build Contractors whilst creating a positive working environment for you in which to do so.
- General administrative duties
- Pick stock orders, loading delivery vehicles/help route planning
- Unload/ check incoming stock, book in on computer and put away in assigned locations (Some Heavy Lifting involved)
- Dealing with high volume incoming calls and making external calls
- Liaising with staff and our contractors to record material requests on system
- Processing purchase orders
- Liaising with delivery drivers
- Prioritising workloads
- Liaising with suppliers for delivery/ materials updates
- Help maintaining stock levels within stores and site cabins
- Allocation of stock/ stock taking
- Processing returned faulty/ damaged/ unused items back to manufacturers/ suppliers
- When required driving company vehicle Luton/Transit van) delivering materials to site
- Liaising with contractors, customers and employees regarding work schedules, labour allocation priorities and case updates
- Updating systems daily by reporting and data processing
- Maintaining clean and tidy working areas within office and stores.
- Providing support to colleagues and Management when required
- Processing client requests such as quotes
- Scanning and uploading documents

Who we’re looking for:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,760.00-£23,920.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Consett, DH8 6BP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
