This new position will play a vital role in bringing our purpose to life here at Bromford. You’ll be accountable for a portfolio of around 22,000+ homes, and need to use your extensive experience of building and developing high performing leaders and teams, managing a large, geographically dispersed team across our South region. Ensuring the Bromford DNA is embedded across leaders and colleagues and ensuring your teams feel Bromford is a Great Place to Work.

The role calls for a champion of business transformation and someone able to embed new ways of working. Using a strong focus on collaborative working, you will support, influence and contribute to the strategic direction and operational performance of the Neighbourhood & Community teams in your region. As we are currently moving through a key transformation project, there is a requirement to ensure that our teams are supported with clear goals and direction, that support our performance ambitions for delivering excellent services for our customers

The person we are looking for needs to be a visible and inspirational leader, who can turn strategic objectives into operational plans and delivery models that improve and develop services for our customers, ensuring we provide a quality service routinely and across the board. This is an exciting time to join Bromford, with some exciting challenges ahead as we launch our new strategy.

**You will be someone who has**:

- A strong track record of delivering continuous development and a customer-focused culture that delivers high-quality services
- Demonstratable experience of managing at a senior level across multisite / field teams in the housing sector
- Experience of operating at a strategic level with focus and influence; while effectively and commercially managing a budget.
- Ability to build robust performance management frameworks and indicators that ensure our neighbourhoods and communities are on track to meet objectives
- Ability to use data and insight to drive intelligent decision making to achieve the right outcomes for our customers
- In depth understanding of customer and housing practice across sectors / businesses
- Be able to drive and have a full UK driving licence
