**Role**

Park Lodge Project is a leading supported accommodation provider for young people aged 16-25 years. The project is highly ambitious, doubling in size over the last 4 years and continuing to grow.

The project looks to recruit ambitious support workers who can see the potential in young people and are dedicated to championing their progression.

The project is also ambitous for its staff members, seeking to develop its staff team and provide training, qualifications and development opportunites.

The project provides a therapeutic environment of support, to enable young people to recover from trauma, grow their skills and aspirations, and achieve goals.

This is an exciting period of development for the project with new supported accommodation schemes due to open shortly.

You must have experience working with young people, particularly those considered vulnerable or with multiple and complex needs.

Successful applicants will receive the benefits of a competitive salary, supervision, professional development, free staff counselling and employee assistance programmes.

Inspiring individuals required who can positively engage with young people;
Assisting in the provision of a therapeutic environment, ensuring 24-hour provision of safe and supported accommodation for young people.

Ensuring an open and positive approach to providing advice, support and guidance to young people, so that they can achieve their aims in education, training, employment; building skills and resilience for independent living.

A team player, with a flexible approach, who is self-motivated, and dedicated to providing young people with the best service possible.

Support workers will support young people and the projects management team in a range of practical tasks to ensure the smooth day to day management of the project.

Working hours include daytime, evening and weekend working based on a shift rota.
