We are looking for a payroll clerk to join our friendly team on a permanent basis. The role is Monday to Friday, full time 40 hours per week, office based. Previous experience in payroll is preferred.

Your main duties will be managing a payroll portfolio of Monthly, Fortnightly and Weekly payrolls as well as Processing Monthly CIS returns. You will be responsible to liaise with your own client base daily as well as HMRC and the pension providers on behalf of the clients.
- Some Experience working in payroll however training will be given.
- Experience working with Sage 50 Payroll is advantageous but not essential.
- Be able to work as part of a team efficiently.
- Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills
- Able to plan and prioritise a varied workload within strict deadlines and can work independently or as part of the team.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a desire for getting things right first time.

£20,000 - £24,000 per annum depending on experience

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- Billericay: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
