Waitress/ Waiter

Job Overview:
We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our dedicated team. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including dining room, server stations, and restrooms
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
- Willingness to learn about culinary offerings and menu items
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
