**Salary** £34,000 & £2,000 Welcome Bonus

**What you will be doing**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supporting leadership of the Talent Review process for the Sector
- Leading various talent management projects and activities
- Managing talent data and develop presentations for leadership meetings about talent activities
- Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders right across the BAE enterprise globally

**Skills**
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Human Resources or Human Resources related degree e.g. Business with Human Resources
