L&d Advisor

Mosaic Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join a well established and dynamic organisation based in Bishops Stortford.

**This role is being offered on a part time basis minimum 22.5 hours per week, across minimum 3 days. Hybrid working available (60% office/ 40% home based).**

**Key Duties**:

- Design and deliver creative L&D programmes to meet identified training needs
- Conduct learning needs analysis
- Support and develop the company’s Academy
- Create effective and dynamic training programmes
- Evaluation and analysis on the effectiveness of L&D activities
- Manage the L&D budget and ensure that the training provided is cost effective
- Produce training statistics and reports
- Support any ad hoc projects within the HR team
- Provide advice and training options to Managers and staff
- Research appropriate course material and develop new learning opportunities for inclusion in existing programmes and any new programmes developed
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with internal and external contacts

**Person Specification**:

- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Minimum of 5 years Learning & Development experience
- Experience of delivering training sessions
- Knowledge of LMS Systems
