**Role Responsibilities**:
Delivering top-notch customer service to our B2B clients.

Processing client orders and inquiries promptly and efficiently.

Ensuring a tidy and well-presented trade counter.

Offering product advice based on client's needs, leveraging our vast product range.

Handling transactions with precision.

Staying updated on our diverse range of products, from luxury vinyl tiles to commercial-grade carpets.
