My client a prestigious golf club is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team. Due to location you must drive
You will have previous experience working in a busy kitchen, be organised and understand how to order and receive deliveries correctly. Ideally you will be looking for progression and want a long-term position where you can thrive and learn lots
Duties include:

- Cook with fresh and local produce.
- Develop new dishes.
- Support other chefs and quickly become capable of running the kitchen.
- Prepare all food items as directed in a safe and timely manner.
- Follows recipes & presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety specs.
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment.
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards.

Hours are 9-5pm, but on days of functions you will be expected to work 12-9pm (3-4 Friday/Saturdays per week)
