Waking Night Support Worker

We support four people in Bexhill on Sea, who all have a learning disability.

We currently have a part time opportunity for a waking night support worker to work within their team working 3 nights a week as part of a flexible rota to include some weekends and bank holidays.

Your role will be to provide responsive support during the night as required by the people supported, as well as some light household duties.

You will be required to attend training and team meetings during the day, outside of your normal night work pattern.

You will need to be able to work as a team but also be able to lone work at times. You will be required to use your own initiative and be flexible to meet the needs of the People we Support. You must be creative and a have the ability to think outside thebox.

**We will pay you a £400 Welcome Bonus.**
