Aerial Instructor

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct aerial classes, workshops, and private lessons for students of all age groups and skill levels.
- Plan and design class structure ensuring progression and skill development as well as working with us to deliver our in house curriculum and session plans for certain classes
- Teach proper technique and form, emphasizing safety at all times.
- Identify individual student needs and provide personalised instruction and feedback.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, exploration, and confidence building.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to organise showcases and performances.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aerial arts to improve teaching methods and techniques.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe aerial training space.

**Requirements**:

- Experience and proficiency in aerial arts, specializing in one or more apparatuses (such as aerial silk, trapeze, hoop, etc.).
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to explain and demonstrate aerial techniques effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and foster a positive learning environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Prior experience teaching aerial arts classes, workshops, or private lessons is preferred.
- A passion for aerial arts and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
