School Caretaker

**Location**: Isleworth, Greater London

**Type**: Full Time Monday to Friday
- **Qualifications : NEBOSH and/or IOSH is highly desirable**

**Start Date**: As Soon as Possible

**REQUIRED**:

- Previous Caretaker experience (desirable within a school setting)
- **Enhanced DBS required**

**Job Summary **:Supporting the running of the school and requires you person to be flexible and hands-on at all times.

To provide an effective caretaking/building/grounds/fixtures maintenance service, to assist and deputise for Site Manager in all aspects of school caretaking, maintenance, cleaning and security.

**Key Working Relationships**: The role involves contact with all members of the school community and visiting groups.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain of school premises, keeping them clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Oversee safety protocols and handle any emergencies that arise.
- Manage maintenance tasks and collaborate with contractors when needed.
- Support school events by arranging setups and logistics.
- Keep inventory of supplies and ensure their availability.

**Qualifications**:
**NEBOSH and/or IOSH is highly desirable**
- Previous premises management or caretaking experience.
- Basic maintenance skills and knowledge of safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Flexible schedule for occasional evening or weekend work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
