**Linen Porter / Handyman - Luxury Apartments in London**

**Location**: Soho
**Salary**: £28,000
**Schedule**: 9am to 5pm (5 days a week) or 10am to 4pm (6 days a week)
**Hours**: 40 p/w

**Smyth & Co. are proud to present** this role for a linen porter to join the team in our clients Luxury Apartments in Soho. This role will also involve handyman/ maintenance responsibilities so you will need to be comfortable with power tools and screwdrivers etc...

**Responsibilities**:

- Carrying linens from apartments, where travelling on the street is required
- Using stairs to go from apartment to apartment
- General low level maintenance of the property (They have a property maintenance team)
- Collaboration with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless service

**Requirements**:

- Experience in either a 5 star hotel, or luxury apartments
- Competence with tools (powered or unpowered)
- Previous experience as a linen porter

**Must have a right to work in the UK**

SNR1

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
