**We are looking for a Technical Coach**
£800 - £1,000 per week
Partly in the field, our training facility in Treorchy or office in Swansea
37,5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**About this role**:
As a Technical Coach within our Insulation Department, your primary responsibility is to ensure the quality and development of our new installers responsible for installing fully compliant energy efficiency measures in accordance with PAS2035:2019 standards. You will play a critical role in supporting, guiding, and improving new installers during their initial installations, ensuring all standards are met and risks are minimised.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead newly inducted installers/install teams through their first installations, ensuring adherence to best practice working methods and safety protocols.
- Set up teams for safe and efficient installations, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Establish daily tasks and targets for install teams, monitoring progress and providing feedback to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop teams through coaching and advice, addressing any training needs or areas for improvement.
- Conduct fair assessments and report accurately on working levels and training needs, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Lead by example with regards to company values, standards, processes, and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Promote the company and your wider team with positivity, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Continually develop knowledge and skill level with the latest insulation criteria and working methods, staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
- Make decisions in the best interest of the operation, prioritising safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous proven coaching experience, demonstrating the ability to effectively guide and support team members.
- Strong experience within insulation systems, with a comprehensive understanding of installation techniques and requirements.
- Certification or training in insulation installation systems and technical specifications is desirable.

- Strong work ethic, morals, and integrity, with a commitment to upholding company values and standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including the ability to navigate technical documents and company systems.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions to installation criteria and detail issues.
- A proactive approach to learning and development, with a willingness to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
