**About the Opportunity**

This role involves supporting a team of ESH professional and help promote and influence ESH behaviours and cultures on the Project. We are seeking an ESH Coordinator to liaise with all stakeholders and team members, bringing together statistical data and produce thorough reports for the framework and further into the business as a whole. The role also includes the daily planning of the maintenance team and allocation of their duties and tasks.

Based primarily at the Burghfield Site you will work in the role of ESH Coordinator. Overseeing the ESH data and adding value through innovation and a constant drive via a holistic viewpoint of all ESH issues.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Promotes and influences ESH activity and behaviours within the team.
- Ability to work on own initiative and work co-operatively with others to complete tasks and implement tasks.
- Provide advice on ESH data and statistical analysis, so that business, corporate and legal requirements are met.
- Advise and support site ESH members in the production of ESH data and deadlines, so that best practice is consistently applied.
- Monitor the Audit and inspection process, holding people accountable via regular communications, with a passion to surpass KPI’s and framework targets.
- Provide information for management reports covering ESH-related activities, so that senior management, the staff consultative committee and others have clear visibility of performance and trends.
- Arrange site ESH meetings, issuing of agendas, minute recording and ownership of professional arrangements.
- Ensure statistical information is collated and updated for senior management reports.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**: Qualifications**:

- SSSTS or SMSTS.
- Extensive site knowledge/experience, full badge holder with security clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with people at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience of formulating, implementing, and revising ESH data.
- Positive attitude, adaptable and resilient to change.
- Good knowledge in use of Microsoft office programmes, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams.
