**The role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Receptionist in our Millwall Offices, London, E14.
This an office based role, 5 days per week, 9-5pm with a salary of £28,000.It is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Opening the reception area at the start of the day and ensuring the area is clear, tidy and organised
- Welcoming and receiving all visitors to the building, including residents and contractors and assisting with their enquiries
- Responding to Tweets and Facebook messages via our social media app
- Answering overflow calls from our contact centre during busy period
- Scanning and franking outgoing mail
- Assist with keys and fob distribution when required

**What you will need to succeed**
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Have positive energy, a friendly smile and supportive approach
- Have a good level of IT skills and literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Show previous experience in reception/administration
- Have a “can do” attitude
- Be solutions focussed and driven
