CNC Turner Setter Operator

**COMPANY DESCRIPTION, PROFILE AND SCOPE OF ROLE - CNC Turner Programmer Setter Operator (Days)**

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- CNC Turning / Machine Programming / Setting and Operating
- Program using feature Cam software
- Manufacturing components to tight tolerances
- Setting and operating 5 axis machines
- Using Live Tooling for Milled features
- Maintain and managing own supply of consumables
- Interpreting and working to Engineering drawings

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Demonstrable experience in a similar CNC turning and Programming / Setting and Operating role
- Ability to program using feature Cam software
- Ability to manufacture components to tight tolerances
- Ability to set and operate 5 axis machines
- Experience using Live Tooling for Milled features
- Ability to maintain and manage your own supply of consumables
- Must be self-motivated, and able to work under own initiative
- Ability to program and set Doosan 2100 & 2600 Twin spindle lathes would be an advantage
- Ability to read and program using FANUC would be an advantage

**DETAILS OF PACKAGE**

Circa £36,400 PA + Overtime + Competitive Benefits including above average paid holidays. **NB**: Salary review due in April, with probable increase pending.Hours: 0700 to 1530 Monday to Thursday and 0700 till 1200 on Friday
