We have an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Compliance Partner based at our state-of-the-art facility near Coventry or our offices based within the Liverpool Science Park

You will be responsible for leading the internal reporting and external compliance supporting the Head of Sustainability within three key areas:

- Compilation of internal sustainability metrics for business reporting at all levels, supporting metric reporting and sustainability processes including the identification and measurement methods
- Identifying requirements of reporting our ESG commitments to customers and stakeholders, reporting for customer compliance and leading process change activities to embed sustainability in all levels of the business
- Policy writing and identifying the development of inclusive sustainability related policies that addresses the organisational environmental strategy development

You will take the lead on all relevant existing and new projects, identifying and implementing improvements to sustainability processes to ensure best practice. A strong communicator, you will feel at ease building collaborative relationships with both external and internal stakeholders and will engage others to the new processes. You’ll be accustomed to creating reports from complex data and delivering them to a variety of stakeholders, including the project team and customers. You will prepare sustainability metric and performance data, along with analysis and recommendations for the business to present to the Executive team on a regular basis.

With previous project management experience, you will have successfully lead sustainability projects. As an inspirational leader, you have excellent influencing skills to facilitate and lead stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive approach and will be able to engage and motivate teams to help drive and generate new ideas. Experience in working on sustainability organisational or sustainable manufacturing is essential.
