Front of house member/ Gin experience Host

Providence Gin are looking for an outstanding individual who has a true passion for providing the best customer service and who is enthusiastic about everything Gin, wine & food related.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone currently in a supervisor role that wants to develop their career and progress within the industry and learn all there is to know about Gin.

You will be the face of the site and become knowledgeable about all the Gins, cocktails, and grazing boards we have to offer and be able to make a genuine recommendation to all our customers. Most of all you love to look after people and have the skillset to provide a personal experience for each individual guest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be determined to create a memorable guest experience by sharing your love and knowledge of Gin to our guests and being able to recommend and upsell a Gin and tonic from the 500 different Gins we have on the menu.
- To have a great understanding of the history and the processes to making Gin
- Previous experience in leading and managing a team is essential. You will be responsible for the training and development of the team, ensuring they deliver consistent quality of service
- Confident in making recommendations and the ability to upsell
- You will thrive working under pressure and be able to maintain high standards of service whilst hosting various Gin tasting experiences
- Assist with the management of the reservations
- Ensure all due diligence is achieved and maintained and be highly organised

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chester, CH1 2LB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
