Buyer (Ft)

**_Recra are working in partnership with a reputable Packaging business known for premium quality who are seeking a professional Buyer to join their team._**

Our client are looking for either - a professional Buyer or a procurement assistant with Packaging knowledge looking to step into a role with a clear progression path.

**Duties**:

- In charge of all ordering of Raw materials and consumables as well as raising P.O’s for various suppliers.
- Industry knowledge would be preferred especially for the main role.SAP Educated.
- Have a basic understanding of the packing industry/world.
- Ideally Experience on Excel.
- Focusing on cost savings for the company negotiating with suppliers.
- Negotiated price increases proposed by suppliers or resourcing/sourcing new comparable products from alternative suppliers.

**Hours**:

- Monday to friday
- 8:30-5pm
