**_ Shift Pattern: _**Monday - Friday (9AM - 5PM)

**_ Type of Contract:_** Permanent

**_ Salary:_** £25,000-£27,500 (Dependent on Experience)

To work directly with individuals experiencing multiple disadvantages, employing the Changing Futures' 'liberated method' to help individuals focus on and pursue what matters to them, and to use this to generate learning about to reshape the system to better support these individuals.

**_Expectations of the role:_**
- Experience of working with individuals experiencing Multiple disadvantages
- Managing a Small Caseload
- Agreeing/supporting interventions that are require to meet the needs of an individual
- Support the system and process review activity to support local learning and change

**_ Compliance Requirements:_**
- Enhanced Child And Adults DBS (Within 12 Months/Update Service Registered)
- Valid Right to Work
- Most Recent Employment References
