A skilled Account Executive is needed to join our team at ACC Aviation based in Reigate. We are an ACMI and Charter specialist and have been chartering executive & business jets for over 20 years.

The main purpose of the role is to support the charter clients and prospects in providing a first-class customer service, delivering competitive charter quotations and managing charter flights.

**About the Role**

The role encompasses managing all aspects of charter flights from initial enquiry to contract to post-flight operational support as well as being responsible for the acquisition, growth and retention of clients

Note: To be part of the duty rota system, we maintain a 24-hour service, 7 days a week to answer incoming calls, pursue business opportunities and monitor operations. After the initial training period, you will be added to the duty rota to cover out-of-officehours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out business development and marketing to existing and new prospective customers, including telephone, sales meetings and e-marketing to promote both ACC Charter and ACC to achieve business development objectives
- Carry out account management activities with existing clients and business development activity aimed at new prospect growth
- Develop a network of suppliers to our charter offering and grow our knowledge of operator options to support our business growth
- Deliver a consistent first-class customer experience in all phases of the business
- Assist with the management of existing charter contracts, including
- Ensure that the company CRM database is updated on a regular and consistent basis to maintain and grow company data and market intelligence
- Broker charter enquiries out of office hours as part of the duty team
- Create and produce contracts and documents from our standard templates
- Continue to develop your knowledge of the aviation industry and commercial understanding
- Carry out ad hoc duties and provide support to the team as required to ensure the delivery of bookings and sustain activities to support the growth and development of the Charter team and the company

**Required Skills**:

- Work towards agreed, measurable performance targets and standards
- Represent the company in a highly professional and competent manner and exercise a reasonable commercial judgement
- Maintain strict company and client confidentiality at all times

**Required Experience**:

- General aviation /aircraft knowledge with an interest in aviation
- Experience in a sales, broking or commercial environment is desirable, but not essential
- Experience in aviation brokerage is desirable, but not essential
- Highly target driven individual, motivated to ‘Win’ business
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rigorous contract and project deadlines are met
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to negotiate and influence
- Customer-focused with first rate people skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to learn and develop the functionality of a new system
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rigorous contract and project deadlines are met
