Are you a skilled and reliable Grounds Maintenance / handyperson with a knack for basic maintenance tasks? Do you take pride in your ability to tackle painting, plumbing, repairs, and more? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a full time or part time person to join our team who will be responsible for performing essential maintenance and the up keep at our dealerships around the Midlands. Salary advertised will be done pro rata for part time employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct basic maintenance, including painting, plumbing, basic electrical repairs, and general upkeep.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from Management.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyperson
- Strong skill set in basic maintenance tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Full clean driving licence
