Are you an Automation Test Lead or an Automation tester who has experience in management, and are looking for a new and exciting role where you can become both a technical expert and gain invaluable management skills?
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in both Automation testing, and scripting using Python, to gain invaluable experience in an autonomous company that is at the cutting edge of the Audio Industry.

This company was established over 30 years ago, and has constantly evolved. With an incredible growth rate over the past few years, they are looking to expand their QA team to meet the demands of the market and are looking for like-minded individuals to helpguide them into their next stage of growth.

Within this role, you will be both scripting and running all manners of automation tests on products, and mobile and web-based apps. You will also be managing and overseeing a team of 4 Testers and helping with their mentoring and training.

This position will suit a Test Lead, looking for a management position within a growing company where you will be able to not only shape your own team, but also continue gaining invaluable experience as a Software tester.

**The Role**:

- Hybrid working role, office is based in Salisbury
- Develop software test plans, run and record tests, and management of other testers
- Management of 4 other testers; including mentoring and training.
- Automation testing role
- £45,000 - £50,000 + Holiday + Pension + Hybrid working + Progression into Senior roles

**The Person**:

- Software Tester with a minimum of 2 years of software test experience
- Python scripting experience is essential
- Test automation experience is essential
- **Management experience necessary**:

- Able to travel to Salisbury, Wiltshire on a hybrid basis.
