The successful Customer Service Assistant will be required to work Monday to Friday 09.00hrs - 17:00hrs.
The hourly payrate will be £9.50 per hour.
As a Customer Service Assistant / Admin Assistant you will play a key role in the success of the company, ensuring orders are clearly taking over the telephone (Inbound) and passed through our client's bespoke system to the packaging team.
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Receiving telephone customer orders
- General administration duties
- Keep work station and surrounding area tidy
- Maintain health & safety within the working environment
Training will be provided on the client's bespoke system.
Attention to detail, accuracy and speed is key, whilst having an excellent telephone manner.

Own transport will be required, due to location.
