**About Us**:
Cult is a trend focused, innovative furniture brand known for affordable, fashion forward furniture and homeware that stand out from the crowd. Whilst we take pride in our commitment to quality and aesthetics, we are true rule breakers and strive to do things differently to stand out from the competition.

The team consists of about 100 individuals, from in-house designers and trade managers to friendly customer service staff. The company is going from strength to strength, launching in-house furniture designs, new websites, and a new showroom. We are going through exciting times and building the right team is the most important asset to help drive us forward and push our creativity and innovation.

**The role**:
We are seeking a new outgoing weekend showroom assistant to join our young friendly team in our showroom in Clapham.

You’ll need to have sales experience for this role.

**Experience & skills required**:

- Front of house, dealing with customers face to face
- Outgoing, lively personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (notably Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organised and structured approach to tasks
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong attention to detail
- Pro-active and a self-starter/ strong initiative to resolve issues
- Skills to be able to demonstrate the ability to oversee the day to day running of all aspects of a strong and expanding showroom
- Opening and closing of the showroom after 3-month probation period

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with face-to-face presales and after sales enquiries
- Making proformas and finding suitable options for customers
- Attention to detail and great organisational skills
- Helpful and professional in dealing with customer queries
- Available on the weekends and weekdays

**Weekend Role - Saturday and Sunday, with the possibility of extra hours during the week**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.85 per hour

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
