Interforce is an exciting company that is growing fast. The organisation provides a range of services to maximise public safety via frontline security officers on the ground specifically in Dover and Mansden, Kent.

As a Recruiter Lead at Interforce, you will play a vital role in achieving our personnel requirement targets. To achieve this, the emphasis will be on demonstrating hiring best practice through focusing on direct hiring in-line with select criteria, reducing recruitment and training spend and improving our time to hire and employee retention to support service delivery and company growth.

You’ll need to be a passionate, pro-active Recruiter who can quickly learn to understand our operational needs and profile of those professionals we need to work with. At Interforce, the demand for service can fluctuate significantly and as such a sense of urgency and the ability to operate under pressure and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment is essential.

**What will you need?**
- Proven experience of in-house recruiting for at least 2 years and/or a successful history as an agency Recruiter.
- Experience of writing job adverts to support direct sourcing and staff attraction
- Proven ability of working with online search tools and a variety of recruitment media

**What will be your responsibilities?**
- Support the Operational team in high volume recruiting across multi sites
- Managing and maintaining direct hiring through online and offline channels
- Organising interviews and sending relevant assessments and diary appointments
- Full recruitment administrative support to the recruitment process including uploading job specs onto job boards, LinkedIn and internal systems
- Ensuring all recruitment activity is in line with the resourcing standards to enable the organisation to identify and attract key people with the capability to create competitive advantage
- Negotiating offers and ensuring all paperwork is sent to prospective employees
- Liaising with HR and talent and engagement team to ensure successful on-boarding for all new starters
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
