**Job Title: Showroom Receptionist**

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and welcoming receptionist to join our team in Gloucester. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, answering their enquiries, and providing a warm and positive experience to all who visit our dealership. Your primary goal will be to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere that encourages customers to return.

This is a flexible role suitable for someone seeking full-time or part-time hours, or a job share opportunity. Hours of work are 9.30-4 Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about the dealership and available vehicles
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or salesperson
- Provide refreshments to customers while they wait
- Manage the waiting area and keep it clean and organised
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Follow dealership policies and procedures
- Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date with dealership policies and procedures
- Provide additional help in answering telephones

About you:

- You will take pride in working in a customer facing role, ideally with a proven record of providing an excellent customer journey in previous roles
- Be confident to meet new people on a daily basis and building a quick rapport to drive a great first impression
- A strong desire to provide the best customer service possible for the first impression of our dealership
