**About the Role**

Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide administrative support and assistance primarily to our Buying Team, as well as occasionally assisting Directors and other departments in administrative tasks.

Your normal working week will be Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.

You will receive 20 days leave per year plus bank and proclaimed holidays.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain detailed records and provide accurate data entry across various databases.
- Input and raise purchase orders on our OMS system.
- General administrative assistance to various departments using Microsoft Office in particular; Excel & Outlook.
- Close interaction with Warehouse Department for purchase order processing, updates and investigations.
- Handle incoming business line enquiries, ensuring all calls are answered quickly and efficiently. Ensure that messages are delivered promptly.
- Monitor stationery and order supplies to meet organisational needs
- Assist in meetings where required.

**Person Specification**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail, working to a consistenly high standard with accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes and procedures.
- High level of proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Outlook).

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous experience within an eCommerce business.
- Previous experience within a Buying/Procurement Administrative role.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
