**Contract**:Full Time, Permanent

**Hours**:Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week, 4.5 day working week, Hybrid

**Salary**:£24,000 - £26,000 per annum (D.O.E)

**Key Purpose of the Role**
- Support the Graphic Design Manager and other cross function teams in delivering all design requirements and projects.
- Create deliverables across several channels and areas of the company within branding guidelines including:

- Website imagery (web images, homepage and lister banners, new in and another other website graphics)
- Offer led marketing
- Social media graphics
- Packaging designs
- Print materials

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Adapt and react to last minute briefs and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain and organise existing files for the team.
- Build strong relationships across all teams, particularly within the marketing team.
- Liaise with suppliers to retrieve image assets if required.
- Effectively contribute to team meetings, workshops and task lists.
- Ensure you’re familiar with the latest trends, best practices and procedures to help us stay as current and cutting edge as possible.
- Present new ideas and concepts to the team.
- The list of above duties is not exhaustive, and the individual may be required to adapt in order to respond to the organisation’s requirements when requested by their Line Manager or Director._
- A detailed CV and Portfolio showcasing a variety of work you’ve designed.
