After unprecedented growth in demand, Tolsa UK, Flixborough Works are looking for experienced Packing Machine Operators with capability to undertake first line maintenance on packing machinery.

The position can be quite challenging, certainly diverse, and is not simply minding whilst in operation.

Machine operators will be expected to keep their line producing high quality products safely completing quality inspections and first line maintenance to reach and exceed shift based KPI efficiency.
- Attention to detail tenacity to strive for high standards and exceptional quality.
- Flexibility and drive production forward to meet KPI expectations.
- Problem solving skills, fast thinker, ability to make decisions and influence others.
- Experience in manufacturing FMCG products in factory environment.
- Hands on operation skills are essential:

- **_Experience of working with packing machine / factory machinery will be an advantage as would having a technical / maintenance / mechanical orientated background._**

The plant is currently 24/7 "full throttle" operation and are looking to fill shift positions for the following shifts:
Shift Pattern 1

Monday to Thursday 12 hours per shift (48 hours per week) (rotating Days / Nights)
- The position pays 1.5x overtime after 48 hours (calculated from base rate)
- Monday to Thursday team will get 1.5x for Saturday overtime and 2x for Sunday overtime (if available)
- Overtime is currently uncapped and is typically readily available for those who really make a difference and want it > will be required to cover holiday / absence / training etc._

Position salary = £26,208

(Overtime rate is calculated on based hours worked)

Bonus scheme with potential of 5% (eligibility following successful probation period)

**Salary**: £26,208.00-£30,000.00 per year
