The role will give you the opportunity to work alongside several teams including Quality, Compliance, Purchasing, R&D teams as well as supplier and customer quality representatives, external test houses and compliance agencies.

**It includes**:

- Verification of products, ensuring they meet industry standards
- Conducting in house testing and supervising external test houses for Safety and EMC testing
- Verifying new PCB designs and ensuring compliance with build standards and good design practice
- Managing and conducting all aspects of product validation throughout the product design, development, and introduction program
- Ensuring component obsolescence is managed in the most cost-effective way with least impact on availability and supply and end of life product costs
- Ensuring compliance test programs are completed in accordance with project plans and product launch requirements
- Ensuring test equipment is serviced, maintained, and calibrated without impact on project plans
- Ensuring compliance whilst maintaining commercial viability of products and projects

**About You**:

- Bright graduate with a good degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Good use of Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Experience or familiarity of EMC and Electrical safety requirements for EU/UK/US/CAN
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specifications and technical drawings
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely across functions and levels.
- Able to work independently and prioritise own workload.
