**Senior Buyer**

**Strategy & Sourcing**
- Responsible for Strategic Procurement Plan/Commodity Strategy creation and delivery
- Delivering sourcing in line with policy and to agreed targets.
- Owning the process and data in MRP, to ensure re-order points are accurate to ensure production schedules are maintained, whilst managing inventory to the agreed risk level.
- Leading supplier negotiations including legal and financial approval pre-Contract / Purchase Order / Purchase Agreements
- Responsible for delivering against savings programme targets.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain the Preferred Supplier List

**Contract & Supplier Relationship Management**
- Working with Stakeholders and Finance to operate the contract management governance, act as a key Purchasing representative to ensure cross-functional alignment on quality, cost, delivery, and time requirements.
- Manage commercial risk and ensure the supply chain operates in accordance with EAV’S quality requirements, customer, and governmental regulations.
- Responsible for managing contract dispute resolution process.
- Change management of the contracts and Purchase Orders
- Support contract audit/reviews in line with requirements
- Ensuring the Supplier Relationship Management and Supplier Performance Management processes are carried out effectively.
- Responsible for organising and conducting the Supplier Business Reviews

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**
- Business Systems within an ERP/MRP Environment
- Microsoft Office
- Minimum 3+ years Supply Chain experience
- Commercial awareness
- Skilled negotiator
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Global Procurement experience
- To have an enthusiastic understanding of EAV inhouse capability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
- Organised and resourceful with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills
