We are currently looking for experienced Sergeants to support our Response Teams across the County.
- Leaving a professional, respectful, and positive impression on those we deal with
- Making sure things are dealt with right first time
- Making a suitable assessment of threat and risk
- Providing a proportionate and professional response
- Recognising and addressing vulnerability in all its forms
- Undertaking a good quality of investigation with the victim at the heart of it
