**Job description**
- Cleverkidz is an established nursery operating now for over 20 years serving local communities in and around the Houghton Regis and Dunstable area. We are a friendly and home from home nursery, which offers a warm and caring environment where children and staff can flourish.
- We are looking for an experienced to at least Level 3 Practitioner, who is used to working in an early years setting. You should have experience of leading a room or be prepared to step up for the challenge of being a team lead.
- You must have excellent knowledge and proven practice of delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted welfare requirements.

You will be required to demonstrate enthusiasm and creativity with regard to supporting children's learning.

You will be required to have a thorough knowledge of safeguarding requirements and procedures and you must have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with adults, parents and children.

You must have the ability to lead and supervise a team by being an exemplary role model to the staff team and dynamic in your practice. Creating a positive room environment for children to explore and learn.

You will work within the setting’s policies and procedures including safeguarding, working with outside agencies and will be a supportive team member.

The nursery is pro-active in developing the potential of our staff through in-house and other training.

**Salary**: Dependant on experience and qualifications

Pay: £16,441.85-£29,013.76 per year
