General Machine Operator

Our client based in the Dudley area, are looking to recruit a General Machinist. Within this well-established and busy company, your experience of engineering and machine work will be an advantage to join a friendly, growing, and successful company.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Experience with operating a range of engineering machines including, Saws, Lathes and CNC machines
- Use saws, punches, press tools and CNC Machines
- Operating machinery safely
- Verifying accuracy
- Maintaining cleanliness of workspace and machines
- Engineering production experience
- Proactive approach
- Ability to work alone and be part of a wider team

**Person Specification**:

- Good organisational skills.
- Ambitious and motivated to develop
- Ability to work well with others
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of using own initiative
- Committed to excellence
- Basic IT skills, ability to use in-house software

Hours:
Monday to Friday - 06.00 - 15.00hrs

Pay:
£11.00 - £14.00 p/h depending on experience
