**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications and performing quantity take-offs for select trades.
- Be knowledgeable about steel perimeter fencing products, prices, and installation methods.
- Coordinate with the project management team to develop a schedule of values for billing purposes.
- Review design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality, or availability of materials.
- Effectively determine the bid strategies required for the company to be successful.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an estimator or similar position.
- Familiarity with financial and project management principles.
- In depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods.
- Excellent knowledge of software like Timberline or HCSS HeavyBid.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- surveying: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
