**What’s the role?**
The Head of Partnerships role reports to the Director of Sales and is a key player in Insights strategy to continue to enable scalable, sustainable and global growth through our growing partner and alliances programmes. In this role you will be accountable for the continued growth of our existing global network of Partners and growing the breadth and range of our partners and alliances.
You'll lead a global team of 25-30 supporting a network for highly performing partners. This role holds the accountability for profitable revenue generation and growth across the globe. Key activities will include guiding and leading a global team, achieving accurate revenue and partner acquisition targets, driving alignment between our field teams and partners, building and executing the Partner and Alliance business plans.

**What you'll do**
- Own the end-to-end channel Go to Market strategy, including channel recruitment/acquisition and partner readiness
- Create a clear vision for the team and broader organisation by building a well-defined strategy and execution plan aligned with priorities and revenue growth targets
- Hold responsibility for the global Channel and Alliances teams and work with the People team to build an organisational design structure that drives revenue and performance
- Work closely with all Sales channels to collaborate on shared success
- Develop good working relationships with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Product and People team to drive a proactive cross-functional strategy and to advocate and influence for Partner needs
- Build our global partner and alliance strategy; work with all Partner Sales leaders to activate and maximise channels across all markets
- Understand analytics and use to influence Partner value realisation
- Lead and coach an aligned, motivated, high performing sales team
- Liaise with the Marketing team to build brand equity, awareness and create solutions business development opportunities that drive traffic, leads and awareness
- Build and develop our talent pipeline within the channel, providing opportunities for growth and development across the team
- Act as a coach - leading by example - to create a positive development and success profile for our people and role model the Insights values
- Forge strong partnerships across the Insights network and take a proactive approach to sharing best practices with other leaders in the business
