Our client are based in Cookstown and are a world class machinery control system manufacturer. They are currently searching for a for enthusiastic and reliable Production/Assembly Operatives to join their growing production team.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Reporting directly to the Production Manager / Line Manager, the Production Assembly Operatives will work to build wiring looms, including sub-assemblies; completing all work in a timely manner, with focus on the quality and accuracy of assembly to achieve the desired end result. Full training will be provided for these position and previous experience is not essential.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Assemble various loom rigs and sub-assemblies for production;
2. Efficiently pack finished orders;
3. Inspection of parts for use on production;
4. Flexible approach to tasks given in a busy working environment;
5. Follow instructions for the efficient delivery of responsibilities;
6. Work to set timescales and achieve deadlines;
7. Always comply with Company procedures / Health & Safety guidelines;
8. Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team;
9. Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse and working area;
10. Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times;
11. Adhere to all PPE / work wear requirements;
12. Achieve targets and job standards as set out by the Production Manager.

**ADDITIONAL DUTIES**

Additional duties include..

Attend internal and external meetings and courses when/if required;
Perform other duties as maybe commensurate with the post which do not change the character or purpose of the post but which are necessary to maintain high standards of business practice as requested by the Senior Team / Production Manager / MD;
Ensure duties are carried out in accordance with the job description and all established Company policies and procedures.

Understanding that the job description / associated policies and procedures may be altered from time to time to meet the changing needs of the Company.

**Shift Pattern**

The company works on a rotational 4 day work cycle.

2 weeks - Monday to Thursday

2 weeks - Tuesday to Friday

**Hours of work**

07.00 - 17.00 approx

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

**Benefits**:
