Boutique Hotel Group owns three luxury hotels and wedding venues set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic **Head Housekeeper **to join our team at Nunsmere Hall.

**As Head Housekeeper, you will be expected to lead the team in delivering high levels of cleanliness throughout all areas of the hotel. You must have strong leadership skills and a hands on approach.**

**Reporting to the Hotel Manager your main duties will include**:

- Leading and developing the housekeeping team.
- Ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Ensuring high levels of cleanliness are delivered to company standards
- Working closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas are well maintained and in good working order.
- Ensuring all company procedures and guidelines are followed.
- Managing payroll and expenditure in line with departmental budget
- Complying with all company Health and Safety, including COSHH and manual Handling.
- Covering Duty Manager Shifts in the hotel.
- Previous experience as a Head Housekeeper or deputy.
- Excellent Management and Leadership Skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.

**Please note that you must be eligible to live and work in the UK in order to be considered for this position.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
