We currently have some exciting opportunities for Band 3 Healthcare Assistants and Healthcare Apprentices to work at our Trust.

Our teams require colleagues who are reliable, competent, and conscientious with the ability to work as part of a staff team, having good skills in communication is a must It is important that applicants can demonstrate confidence in supporting individuals who may present with complex challenging behaviour.

At the end of the programme, you will be equipped with the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and behaviours relevant to employment as a Health Care Assistant and will work to a nationally recognised code of conduct.
