A market leading FTSE clienthas a fantastic opportunity an Internal Communications specialist to play a leading role in the development and delivery of all internal communications for a major national account which is undergoing a number of significant changeinitiatives.

By supporting the continuous improvement of business processes through the delivery of effective and clear communication to all site teams, the Internal Communications Lead will play a pivotal role in enhancing team engagement and the overall workplace experiencefor all.

The role will be highly visible within the client sites and as such will require a level of pre-planned (6 weeks in advance) national tavel with occasional overnight stays - so requires someone with a good level of work/life flexibility.

The role supports a fully flexible hybrid model.

Some key initiatives the individual will be responsible for include:

- Develop and deliver meaningful communications and engagement plans that bring people together through collaboration via a number of communications channels, including technology and social media
- Identifying and recommending appropriate interventions to reduce the impact of change on both individuals and the organisation
- Delivery of the monthly newsletter
- Responsible for the implementation and ongoing delivery of site team boards
- Engaging with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure communications material is accurate, relevant and effective
- Coordinate content and production of customer reports
- Administration of the accounts’ Team Rooms
- Lead and Administer of reward and recognition for team members across the account

**Key Experience of Interest**:

- Experience in a communications and engagement role/environment
- Ability to produce compelling communications content and material, demonstrating creativity and engaging outcomes
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required; proactive communication skills are a must in establishing and maintaining customer confidence
- Self -starter who requires little supervision and is confident making decisions
- Comfortable responding to changing needs and tight deadlines
- Outstanding stakeholder management and good strategic thinking
- Experienced in workshop facilitation
- Proficiency in establishing and building client relationships to meet the departmental goals of the organisation
- Fluency in English required
- Able to travel nationwide as and when needed
