We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant/Bookkeeping assistant for a Welshpool based company.

Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm (able to offer slight flexibility if required).

Experience within a similar office role and previous knowledge of SAGE 50 is desired.

Duties involved in the role;
- Answering and dealing with telephone queries
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into SAGE 50 ACCOUNTS and then filing hard copies
- Assisting with vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
- Assisting and preparing VAT returns
- Assisting with preparing employee wages
- General office/administration support duties.
- SAGE ACCOUNTS experience/bookkeeping knowledge or qualifications
- Familiar and accurately able to process invoices
- Confidentially deal with queries and able to resolve any queries
- Good attention to detail
- Accurate data entry skills
- Good organisational and time management.

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year

- English not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Welshpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
