**Software Trainer responsibilities include**:

- Conducting structured training to customers on EBC products
- Designing technical delivery program, video’s, manual and other training materials to support user training and certification
- Promoting add on products and additional services
- New products testing support

**Job brief** We are looking for a Software Trainer to prepare and conduct training courses on EBC Global products

The Software Trainer responsibilities include training of all new clients, identifying needs, designing educational/training material and issuing of certificates for all people that complete the course. An understanding of how to design engaging coursesto explain system features is advantageous.

Ultimately, you will ensure employees develop their IT skills to keep our computer workstations secure.

**Responsibilities**
- Design technical manuals using simple language
- Conduct product-specific training.
- Research and recommend learning systems (like TalentLMS and WiZDOM Enterprise)
- Train new clients on proper use of software
- Perform regular organisation-wide trainings to new staff
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training to ensure continuous improvement and evolution.
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials
- Identifying revenue opportunities and sharing them with colleagues.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an Software Trainer, technical trainer or similar role
- Experience designing technical course material and giving the best learning experience
- Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
- Excellent people skills and the ability to upsell products to existing clients. Some sales experience an advantage.
- Qualification in training.
- Driving licence - Some training will be online some will be on client premises.
