Are you a ServiceNow Administrator or ServiceNow Owner with experience managing and supporting the ServiceNow service management solution?

This is a brand-new role available in a global FTSE 250 company, looking for a System Administrator to see through the successful deployment of ServiceNow, whilst adhering to core ITIL disciplines. They are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator with thefollowing experience:

- Deployment of ServiceNow
- Qualification in a ServiceNow course
- ServiceNow Configurations, administration, and usage
- Improving ServiceNow ITSM processes and workflows
- Knowledge in ITIL and Service Delivery best practises
- ITOM processes and workflows

This technical System Administrator needs to demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow with experience in the maintenance, issue and support of the service management solution.

As ServiceNow Administrator you'll be responsible for providing high-quality service and operations management as well as all development, deployment, administration, and automation of this new ITSM platform.
