**Purpose of the role**

The role of Concierge will act as the front of house for the management suite and will need to ensure that they build and maintain the relationship between tenants, contractors and Clients. The successful applicant will have experience of working in a reception and be well practiced in dealing with clients both over the telephone and in face-to-face situations.

**Main Duties**

1. To deal with all queries on site efficiently and professionally and as appropriate direct queries to third parties for action, ensuring the person raising the query is informed of the action taken, the expected outcome and the timeframe involved; establish and maintain a register for these

2. Ensure that the telephone is answered in a timely and professional manner and transferred to the appropriate personnel or message are taken. Ensure that all calls are dealt with effectively and efficiently.

3. Ensure that the Reception always presents to the highest standard.

4. Ensure that all visitors sign in and out of the property and that visitor’s passes are administered correctly.

5. Ensure that the reception desk is not left unmanned at any time.

6. Provide support to the Building Manager and Property Manager on general admin duties.

7. In conjunction with the Building Manager, develop resident and tenant engagement initiatives across the property

8. Update and maintain the Dolphin Quays website, in conjunction with the Management Board.

**Secondary Responsibilities**

1. Ensure incoming and outgoing post is dealt with in the correct manner.

2. Undertake ad-hoc additional administrative duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying.

3. Completion of all mandatory training courses.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Poole: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
