HEAD BARTENDER/ MIXOLOGIST

It is essential at Imperial Haus to provide excellent cocktails and customer service. We are looking for someone with an innovative mindset to learn current menu & inspire for further drinks.

You would be instrumental in the creation of cocktails and would have the ability to create your own drinks with our support.

Experience would be desired;
In addition we are looking for individuals to;
- Works well under pressure and when the venue is busy
- Have a passion for creating special beverages for all customers & ensure all products are produced to a high standard
- Use correct pouring methods and recipes when making drinks cutting no corners
- Good customer service skills to engage with particular requests
- Retain information about all cocktail recipes

Management of staff and financials. Working closely with bar manager & owners.

At Imperial Haus we are passionate about the importance of this role & look forward to speaking to suitable applicants. The role is available straight away & full training will be given.

Hours available - we are open Thursday, Friday & Saturday - shifts can be split - Admin work throughout the week & can be flexible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£24,500.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cheltenham GL50 1PT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
