**Principal Medical Writer (Promotional)**

My client is a creative communications agency and looking for a Principal Medical Writer to join their Healthcare team. This is an amazing opportunity to grow and develop your existing medical writing skills and become a part of an organisation that puts a real focus on their employees' professional and personal progression.
There are around 30 employees in this agency and they are based Victoria (Central London). They work based on a hybrid approach, 2/3 days in the office and the rest from home. Their work includes a full use of different channels including TV and video shoots, animations, radio and print materials.
If you are an experienced Senior Medical Writer or already an established Principal Medical Writer constantly striving for success, this is the role for you

**Skills and Experience**
- 5+ years of medical writing experience for a Medical / Health Communications agency
- A life sciences degree
- Experience working on a range of therapy areas and adaptability for new areas
- Work to deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent delegation skills and knowledge to review, coach, and mentor junior-level writers..

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Design, develop and edit different types of materials across a wide range of project types for various audiences.
- Attend and contribute to client meetings
- Produce high-quality, well-written materials that are scientifically and technically accurate, in line with client objectives and specifications.
- Completes written materials to be reviewed within specified time and meets allocated project budget.
- Develop accurate briefs, advice and mentorship to junior writers.
- Provides quality review of basic medical communication deliverables and delivers constructive feedback.
