Our client in Middleton is looking to recruit an Assistant Production Supervisor to join their growing manufacturing and distribution company

**The role will involve**:

- Ensuring a smooth flow of materials from production to distribution department
- Supporting Production supervisor to ensure staff are completing tasks to production schedule order
- Deputizing where needed for the Production supervisor
- Liaising and co-ordinating production with other departments including design, fabrication and distribution
- Assisting with on-site installations where needed
- Monitoring and recording quality standards and esnure any issues around design etc are reported and rectified

**The working times and pay**:

- 40 hours per week
- 07:00-16:30 Mon-Thurs & 07:00-13:15 Fridays
- £25000-26,000 per annum dependant on experience
- Regular overtime available paid at x 1.5 for anything over 40 hours per week
- Permanent role

**Skills/Experience Needed**:

- 2 years experience in a supervisory role
- Good understanding of Manufacturing including fabrication and material processing
- FLT Licence preferred
- UK Driving Licence
- Computer Literate
- CSCS Card would be useful but not essential to the role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
