**The Role**

As part of a small team, the Senior Automated Tester will build upon the current test strategy, as my client seeks to extend and enhance their use of automation to test software across the full stack of a highly-intelligent FDA and CE-cleared, web-basedSoftware as Medical Device (SaMD) solution, that provides artificial intelligence-driven diagnoses using clinical images.The Senior Automated Tester will have input into the automation strategy, tools and frameworks and will lead the automation testing,designing and maintaining automation frameworks.

**What do I need?**
- Previous, demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining automated tests, ideally in Selenium and/or Cypress
- Practical experience of writing test scripts at all levels, with Java preferred, as my client predominantly uses Scala
- Strong knowledge of different software QA methodologies, tools, automation and processes
- A familiarity with cloud computing (my client uses both Azure and AWS) would be an advantage
- Any experience gained of testing within a regulated environment could prove useful, but is by no means required
